3naRua – an experimental trio: A singer (anthropologist, capoeirista, performance artist), a drummer (drummer, brazilian percussionist), and a guitarist (guitarist, sound and electrical engineer) indeed make use of electronic club music, but also breathe the air of the magic profoundness of capoeira and brazilian folklore. In their very own and extraordinary way those artists of manifold backgrounds mix and loop electrified sounds, outlandish percussion, expressive vocals and uncommon instruments.

Thus, they invite the listener of postmodern music to a journey way back to its origins: The spiritual message of Capoeira offers a pool of inspiration for that ethereal sound that is both dark-heavy and light-danceable. 3NaRua is an intense experience and is overflowing with presence. Closing the eyes it feels like a trip to old brazilian story tellers: Combining saudade and minimalism 3na Rua represents a cosmos in principle.
